Lesson Policies

  • Please provide at least 24 hours notice for any lesson cancellations or reschedules. Exceptions will be made if the student is sick or unable to participate due to unforeseen life circumstances.

  • Payment must be completed prior to any experience & can be paid via Venmo at this link here.

  • There is a no refund policy. Any lesson credit already paid for can be gifted to another person, or saved for a later date (up to 6 months).

  • If there is a scheduled lesson time that is not attended by the student, that lesson credit will be forfeited. You can purchase the lesson credit back at $15 in order to reschedule if missed.

  • Please be sure to be on time to the lesson. If you are having troubles logging into the lesson, please send me a message at 774-462-0377 so we can troubleshoot together. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the lesson will be considered a no-show & the credit will be forfeited. You can purchase the lesson credit back at $15 in order to reschedule if missed.
